A Few Words About Me
Richard S. Goldsand was trained in Marin County, California. Rich was first introduced to the Feldenkrais® Method in 1988 through his oldest daughter who was receiving lessons for her own movement difficulties. He began his studies of mind/body perspectives and human potential when he became certified in the Feldenkrais Method® In 1994. He Has worked successfully with artistic performers, high-achieving athletes, individuals wishing to combat everyday stressors of life, and medical professionals seeking complementary therapies for clients. He Lectures and teaches at hospitals and colleges in Arizona And works closely with Dr. Charles Adler, Professor of neurology and chair of the Mayo Foundation Division Of Movement Disorders. Since 2000 Rich Goldsand Has taught the Feldenkrais Method in the ASU Dance Department And has served as Feldenkrais Educational consultant for various ASU Athletic teams including men’s baseball, football, and women’s basketball. He Also trained members of the US Olympic Diving Team and in his private practice he has worked with prominent professional athletes
